2. Creator Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible as a Creator, you must meet the following criteria:

Content Standards

Your content must be:

• Advertiser-friendly and brand-safe
• Free from platform violations
• Original, not stolen or copied
• In good standing on social platforms

3. Promoter Eligibility Requirements

Business Verification

All promoters must provide:

• Legal business name or registered personal name
• Functioning business website with professional appearance
• Verified business email (no temporary email services)
• Detailed business description
• Clear description of products/services

Website Requirements

Your business website must display:

• Clear pricing information
• Accessible Terms of Service
• Visible refund/return policy
• Contact information

4. Prohibited Products and Services

Absolutely Prohibited

• Illegal products or services
• Controlled substances (drugs, narcotics)
• Weapons without proper licensing
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Tobacco products or vaping devices
• Pyramid schemes or MLM programs
• Payday loans or predatory financial services
• Fake degrees or diplomas
• Academic dishonesty services (essay mills)
• Explicit adult content or pornography

Restricted Categories (Documentation Required)

The following require licensing and verification:

• Financial Services: Must have SEC, FINRA, or state registration
• Health & Medical: Must have FDA approval or medical licensing
• Gambling: Must have valid gaming license in jurisdiction
• Cryptocurrency: Must be registered with FinCEN or equivalent
• Supplements: Must comply with FDA regulations
• Insurance: Must have state insurance licenses

False or Misleading Claims

You may not make unsubstantiated claims including:

• "Guaranteed results" without proof
• "Miracle cures" or unproven health benefits
• "Get rich quick" schemes
• "No side effects" for medical products
• False endorsements or fake testimonials

5. Campaign and Content Standards

FTC Disclosure Requirements

Content Approval Process

All campaigns follow a structured workflow:

1. Promoter submits clear campaign brief
2. Creator reviews and accepts/negotiates terms
3. Creator creates content based on brief
4. Promoter reviews and approves (or requests reasonable revisions)
5. Creator publishes approved content
6. Promoter verifies publication

Fair Pricing

All offers must be:

• Within reasonable market rates for creator's metrics
• Clearly stated with no hidden fees
• Based on documented audience size and engagement

6. Prohibited User Conduct

All users are prohibited from:

Platform Abuse

• Creating fake accounts or using bots
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Circumventing platform fees
• Taking transactions off-platform to avoid fees

Harmful Content

• Content harmful to minors
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Violence or graphic content
• Scams or fraudulent schemes

Harassment

• Harassing or threatening other users
• Spam or unsolicited messages
• Sharing private information (doxxing)
• Retaliatory negative reviews

7. Payments and Fees

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Campaign funds are held in escrow until successful completion.

Platform Fees

Pyrafluence may charge service fees, which will be clearly disclosed before any transaction. Current fee structure is available in your account settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case:

• Full refund if creator fails to deliver as agreed
• Partial refund if deliverables are incomplete
• No refund if creator delivered as agreed

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings or purchases. We may report earnings to tax authorities as required by law.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or abuse
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Risk to platform security

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Active campaigns must be completed or cancelled before termination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Pyrafluence is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee:

• Campaign performance or results
• That users will fulfill obligations
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Availability or reliability of third-party services

10. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content for platform operations.

Our Platform

All platform features, design, and code are owned by Pyrafluence and protected by intellectual property laws.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email copyright@pyrafluence.com with required DMCA information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and prominent platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
